Osu to everyone of you. You may have realized that I didn't update the website in a long time. Since a year ago I had a lot less time to work on the site. Hopefully, I am happy that I could gather some much information in one place and that I was able to offer it to you! I've been accepted in university in kinesiology, the science of the human movement. I quit my job in IT technology since then because I have a true passion for training and health.
